For stubborn residue and debris, we suggest using rubbing alcohol and a cotton swab. Dip the cotton swab in rubbing alcohol and carefully dab it over the lashes. Once the residue is removed, allow the lashes to air dry. It's important to note that rubbing alcohol should never be used while the false lashes are on the eyes to avoid any potential irritation or damage. By following these cleaning and maintenance guidelines, you can ensure that your false eyelashes from remain in optimal condition, allowing you to enjoy beautiful, long-lasting results with each use. It is best to use a gentle, oil-free makeup remover to clean around the eye area, avoiding the lash line, and to pat your face dry instead of rubbing it with a towel. LashFX also offers specially formulated products for cleaning and maintaining your eyelash extensions, which are safe to use and also extends the longevity of your extensions, allowing you to re-use.

If your lashes start to loosen, simply "re-fuze" with your applicator. Typically lashes will start to loosen after several days of wear, however this also depends on other factors such as excessive heat or moisture, which will cause the bond to weaken. If this is not the case, and it's only been a couple of days, it's very likely that you've used too much bond - remember to only apply to the base of your lash line - a little goes a long way!

Less is more with the bond, be sure you are focusing on the base of your lash line approx. 1 mm away from your water line. You do not need to apply the bond through the extend of your lashes.
